**Our shipping rates are now based on the total weight of your order. We will use the US Postal Service for orders weighing under 20 pounds and we will use UPS Ground for orders weighing over 20 pounds because the rates are much better with UPS once the weight of the shipment is above 20 pounds.
The Mystic Jewel ships to the US mailing addresses only. Orders are currently being processed and shipped out within 48 to 72 hours of placing the order.
- All orders are packaged and shipped from our Duck, NC location.
- All jewelry items come in individual jewelry boxes with "The Mystic Jewel" stamped in silver foil on the lid.
- Gemstone, mineral & fossil specimen, home décor, body care and other non-jewelry items will come wrapped in tissue paper or packing material to pad the shipping box and will not be individually boxed within the shipping box, unless the item comes in a packaged box which would be shown in the item photos.
- Most gemstone jewelry and gemstone or fossil specimen come with a card outlining the mystical and scientific properties of each stone in the piece. We do not have cards for Cubic Zirconia (CZ), Crystal or Glass.

- U.S. Postal Service (USPS) shipments include a Tracking Number which is a barcode added to the package that is scanned at most post office locations along the route to the recipient. Once the order ships, a tracking number is provided to customers via email, which can be entered online at the U.S. Postal Service website to give you a general idea of where the package is along the route. This is not real time tracking. In some cases the package is scanned at our post office and is not scanned again until it reaches the destination post office. Sometimes a package going from NC to Delaware will be routed through Texas first (logistics?).
- UPS shipments come with a tracking number which is scanned at every drop point along the route to the recipient. Once the order ships, a tracking number is provided to customers via email. Package info can be viewed at the UPS website by entering the tracking number, after the package has been received by UPS.
***We cannot guarantee that the USPS or UPS will deliver your products in the amount of time indicated above. Factors such as distance, weather conditions and accessibility of the location (urban or rural) will affect shipping time.
