*U.S. Postal Service shipments include Delivery Confirmation which is a barcode added to the package that is scanned at some post office locations along the route to the recipient. A delivery confirmation number is provided with these shipments which can be entered online at the US Postal Service website to give you a general idea of where the package is along the route. This is not real time tracking. Delivery Confirmation only lets us know the package was delivered. In some cases the package is scanned at our post office and is not scanned again until it reaches the destination post office
*UPS shipments come with a tracking number which is scanned at every drop point along the route to the recipient. Package info can be viewed at the UPS website by entering the tracking number, after the package has been received by UPS.
An email with a Delivery Confirmation Number (USPS Shipments) or a Tracking Number (UPS Shipments) will be sent to you when your order ships.
All items come packaged in an individual gift box with "The Mystic Jewel" logo on it. Some items will include a special "Description” card with additional information about the product on it. We offer Free Gift Wrapping (must select option at checkout) for any item as well as the option to ship the gift item forward to an address other than the purchasers. A sentiment card can be placed with each gift wrapped item which can have a message from the purchaser to the recipient. If you order multiple products, we will place each item in its own gift box and then place all of the gift boxes into a larger box or padded envelope with packing materials to ensure safe delivery.
