RETURNS POLICY
You must have Return Authorization to return a product.

Special Holiday Returns Policy for purchases made 11/25/2009 - 12/31/2009
We are extending the regular return/exchange period to 30 days for purchases made throughout the date range above. Contact us at 1-888-453-3797 or sales@themysticjewel within 30 days of receiving your order to make arrangements for a return. *See Regular Returns/Exchanges Policy below.
Regular Returns/Exchanges Policy for Online Purchases: If you are dissatisfied in any way with an item from your order, we will accept returns & exchanges up to 10 days from the date you received your order (extended to 30 days for the Holiday Season listed above). Refunds include a full refund of the purchase price including any tax, but excluding shipping costs. We may opt to refund the shipping as well, depending on the circumstance.
You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
Returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. The Mystic Jewel is not responsible for items lost in the mail which have been sent back. We suggest that the customer use Delivery Confirmation but customers may opt to use Insurance, Signature Confirmation or other package tracking options in case the return package is lost..
Faulty Craftsmanship: We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date the order was received on any item that is broken/damaged due to faulty craftsmanship(i.e. loose stone, broken or chipped stone, stone fell out...etc). In the event of a return for faulty craftmanship, we reserve the right to fix the item or replace the item before a refund.
Mystic Dollars Rewards Points
Mystic Dollars may be taken back for any items returned to The Mystic Jewel which were used to accrue Mystic Dollars. If an item is returned that earned the customer 4 Mystic Dollars, then 4 Mystic Dollars may be removed from the customers Mystic Dollars account balance once the item has been returned. If a customer returns an item which was used to accrue Mystic Dollars and their existing Mystic Dollars balance is less than the Mystic Dollars earned by purchasing the returned item, the customers Mystic Dollars will be put into negative numbers and any Mystic Dollars earned on future purchases will be used first to bring the customers Mystic Dollars balance back to zero.
Here is an example: A customer purchases an item that earns them 5 Mystic Dollars to use towards future purchases. The customer then places another order and uses 3 of their Mystic Dollars towards the purchase, bringing their Mystic Dollars balance to 2 remaining. The customer receives both orders but decides to return the item from the 1st order which was used to earn the Mystic Dollars. We receive the item back for return and apply a -5 Mystic Dollar value to the customers Mystic Dollars Balance, bringing their new balance after the return to -3. The customer then places another order and earns 5 more Mystic Dollars. 3 of the Mystic Dollars earned in the new purchase will go towards the negative Mystic Dollars balance and the new balance would be 2 Mystic Dollars.
Negative Mystic Dollars balance will not be charged as actual dollars on any order.
