We use Authorize.net or PayPal as a payment gateway for accepting payments online (depending on which option you use). We process payment and confirm all purchases the same day the order is placed. You will receive an email verifying that your order was placed and a second email verifying that payment was accepted.

We offer 1st Class (7 to 10 business days) & Priority Mail (5 to 7 business days) shipping through the USPS, as well as UPS Ground and 2nd Day Shipping.

We will be able to provide tracking information to determine where your package is and when you can expect to receive it.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
We currently use Authorize.net as a payment gateway for accepting credit cards online. We offer a secure payment page using a shared SSL domain to securely connect you to our payment gateway from your shopping cart. Our payment gateway only allows us to access your expiration date, the last 4 digits of the card you are using, the security code and billing & shipping address. Your entire credit card number is never exposed to any of The Mystic Jewel's employees.
Upon member registration or online checkout you will have the option to receive our Monthly Newsletter Email by checking the box to receive email promotions and newsletters. We will not sell or share any personal information a customer enters on our website. All information collected about customers from our site will be kept private and will only be used for future promotions, mailings and notifications pertaining to The Mystic Jewel. If you wish to be removed from our e-mail newsletter list, please login to your account and uncheck the box for receiving email promotions in the Modify Personal Information section.

RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
You must have Return Authorization to return or exchange a product.
To obtain Return Authorization – Simply call us at 1-888-453-3797 within 10 days of receiving your order for Returns or Exchanges.
*If you are in any way dissatisfied with your product: We will accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price including any tax, but excluding shipping costs, as long as you contact us within 10 days of the date you received your order. We may opt to refund the shipping as well, depending on the circumstance. We accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We are not responsible for returned merchandise that never gets to us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the returned merchandise gets to The Mystic Jewel. We suggest using Delivery Confirmation, Package Tracking, Shipping Insurance or any combination thereof so that in the event a customers package gets lost in the mail, the customer will have the ability to track the lost package or recover their cost of goods if they used insurance and the package is never found(this is a highly unlikely situation).
Faulty Craftsmanship: We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date the order was received on any item that is broken/damaged due to faulty craftsmanship(i.e. loose stone, broken or chipped stone, stone fell out...etc).
