- "Mystic Dollars" can be used towards future purchases at www.themysticjewel.com
- One “Mystic Dollars” is equal to one retail dollar and can be earned on or used towards the balance of future purchases at www.TheMysticJewel.com
How to Earn “Mystic Dollars”
Online Purchases:
Selected items on our website have been designated a "Mystic Dollar" Reward Points value.
This is the amount of "Mystic Dollars" that will be earned if you purchase the product.

“Mystic Dollars” will be earned on all online purchases made by pre-existing members and new members of www.TheMysticJewel.com who purchase items which are assigned Mystic Dollars Reward Points. -
Each member will begin to accrue “Mystic Dollars” for each item they purchase from our website which is assigned a Mystic Dollars Reward Points value. Members can log into their member account to check their existing balance of “Mystic Dollars”, the actual monetary value of their “Mystic Dollars” as well as the total number of “Mystic Dollars” accrued to date and the number of “Mystic Dollars” redeemed to date.

“Mystic Dollars” are assigned to selected products on our website and can be redeemed at the following rate:

Mystic Dollars earned on purchases will be credited immediately to the members Mystic Dollars Reward Points balance.
Referrals:
Earn 5 “Mystic Dollars” on the first online order placed by each new customer you refer to our website who types your name in the referrals field during checkout.
Earn 1 "Mystic Dollar" on each future purchase the customer you referred makes.
*Referral Mystic Dollars may take up to 48 hours from the date of purchase to show up in both member accounts.
How to Refer A Friend:

Referral Field - When you refer a new customer to our website and they place their first online order, tell them to type your name in the referral field (Where Did You Hear About Our Website) during checkout. Your name will now be tagged to their account as their referral. We will add 5 Mystic Dollars to your account once their payment has been confirmed for their first purchase and you will earn the 1 Mystic Dollar on their future orders. New Members who type in a referral name on their 1st purchase will be awarded Mystic Dollars for their 1st purchase as well as the person who referred them receiving the 5 Mystic Dollars.
Tell A Friend Link - You can refer a new customer to our website directly from any product page within our website using the "Tell a Friend" button under the product photo. Login using your email address and password, then go to the item you want to email to a friend. Click the Tell A Friend button and an email will be sent to the recipient you designate with a link to the specific item on our website.
5 “Mystic Dollars” are awarded only if referred person is a new customer and types the name of the referring member in the "Referrals - Where did you hear about our website" or “Comments” field of the checkout page. Please be sure to notify anyone who you refer to our website with the above instructions.

5 “Mystic Dollars” will be awarded to the referring customer on the 1st online purchase made by the referred customer (regardless of the order $$ amount). Referred customer will earn “Mystic Dollars” on their 1st purchase, and will earn "Mystic Dollars" on all future purchases.

1 "Mystic Dollar" will be awarded to the referring person each time the referred person places an order beyond their 1st order.
How to View Your "Mystic Dollars" Balance
Log into your account menu using your member email and password and click the View My Mystic Dollars Rewards Points link. Here you can view your existing balance, the actual $$ that it converts to, Mystic Dollars earned to date and Mystic Dollars used to date.
How to Redeem “Mystic Dollars” for Merchandise
Members making an online purchase who have an existing “Mystic Dollars” balance can decide to either use “Mystic Dollars” from their balance towards the current purchase or to earn “Mystic Dollars” for the current purchase.
During checkout, existing customers will be shown an input field to decide how many, if any, of their “Mystic Dollars” balance to use towards the current purchase. New customers will not be shown this field as they do not yet have a “Mystic Dollars” balance.
If a member enters a number greater than the number of available “Mystic Dollars” in their account balance upon checkout, only the available balance of “Mystic Dollars” will be applied to the order.
If you have referred someone to our website who has made a purchase and you have not been credited your 5 “Mystic Dollars” for referring them, or if you have any other questions, comments or customer service issues related to our “Mystic Dollars” program, please contact us.

Mystic Dollars can not be earned or redeemed on purchases made in our retail stores.

Mystic Dollars can not be earned on a purchase where Mystic Dollars are being used as a portion of the payment.

Mystic Dollars will be removed for any items which are returned where Mystic Dollars were earned.

Mystic Dollars can only be redeemed for merchandise at www.TheMysticJewel.com and will not be converted into cash. No cash back will be given for extra Mystic Dollars not used.

Mystic Dollars will not be applied to shipping and handling charges or to sales taxes.

Mystic Dollars are for members of www.TheMysticJewel.com only. Members who cnacel their membership will forefit their existing Mystic Dollars.
Mystic Dollars and Returns:
Mystic Dollars may be taken back for any items returned to The Mystic Jewel which were used to accrue Mystic Dollars. If an item is returned that earned the customer 4 Mystic Dollars, then 4 Mystic Dollars may be removed from the customers Mystic Dollars account balance once the item has been returned. If a customer returns an item which was used to accrue Mystic Dollars and their existing Mystic Dollars balance is less than the Mystic Dollars earned by purchasing the returned item, the customers Mystic Dollars will be put into negative numbers and any Mystic Dollars earned on future purchases will be used first to bring the customers Mystic Dollars balance back to zero.
Here is an example: A customer purchases an item that earns them 5 Mystic Dollars to use towards future purchases. The customer then places another order and uses 3 of their Mystic Dollars towards the purchase, bringing their Mystic Dollars balance to 2 remaining. The customer receives both orders but decides to return the item from the 1st order which was used to earn the Mystic Dollars. We receive the item back for return and apply a -5 Mystic Dollar value to the customers Mystic Dollars Balance, bringing their new balance after the return to -3. The customer then places another order and earns 5 more Mystic Dollars. 3 of the Mystic Dollars earned in the new purchase will go towards the negative Mystic Dollars balance and the new balance would be 2 Mystic Dollars.
Negative Mystic Dollars balance will not be charged as actual dollars on any order.

The Mystic Jewel and www.themysticjewel.com reserve the right to add, remove or otherwise edit the members existing balance of Mystic Dollars at the discretion of The Mystic Jewel management. The Mystic Jewel and www.themysticjewel.com reserve the right to cnacel this program at any time. In case of program cancelation, online gift certificates will be issued to each member with an existing Mystic Dollars balance for the existing balance of Mystic Dollars at the time of the programs cancellation.
